Moises Osorio has a MSc in computer science from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico, where he focused on multi-objective optimization. Alongside his studies, Moises took part in competitions such as the International Collegiate Programming Contest, and was regularly ranked in Mexico's top three. He thanks those sleepless nights for all the problem-solving skills he now employs daily at work. Moises joined IOHK in 2020, having spent a decade working as a software engineer at various companies, including Google where he helped bring the Chrome operating system to scale. He is fascinated by productivity and code health, believing that these are the key to getting things done at work. Moises is also an advocate of having fun at work, and will always try to keep the mood light.
